User Management

Quma is secured by an advanced permission control. In the User Management, these permissions are assigned to roles and roles are assigned to users.

Permission Levels

Authorizations exists on multiple levels. Some permissions unlock features on platform level and other are on project level, policy level, assessment level and, if required, even on work product level. Each feature within Quma requires one or more permissions to be accessed. Examples are viewing a project, updating a work product or releasing an update of a policy.

Roles

Permissions are mapped to roles to make the assignment and grouping easier. A role is a collection of permissions that can be assigned to a user. With the right permission, a user can create any number of roles and assign as many of them to a user as required.
